Michelle’s Notes: upon arrival, they had our reservation, but the card provided by Chase Travel did not work, so I had to put my card down for what should have been a prepaid room. They did end up charging my card for $20 and it has been difficult to get the hotel to research the charge (a requirement before I can dispute with the credit card company).
The room was clean, but they did not leave any soap for the sink, only liquid soap in a dispenser in the shower. Towels are thin.
